I couldn't begin to share how pleased I have been with Custom Construction Solutions. I required a full roof replacement after a hailstorm and Scott Platero as well as Franklin Yazzie helped me navigate my uncooperative insurance and after nearly a four-month fight with insurance, we were able to make a full replacement happen. Their expert advice, quick responses, and guidance made the process a breeze and I couldn't be happier with my new roof.More than anything, I want to emphasize the importance of having a good team when you're fighting with insurance (who will do everything in their power not to pay out). I have neighbors with the same insurance who were denied because their roofing contractors were not as knowledgeable or attentive to getting their claim approved.The materials are premium, the workers who specifically did the roof were courteous and very professional, and follow-up inspections have all confirmed the roof was done perfectly.
