We love our new under-the-deck ceiling system. The white ceiling makes it brighter, and we stay dry when it rains. Coty Construction listened to our concerns about our unique deck angles and how best to drain the rain water.

The product itself is excellent. It is well constructed and I have already received several comments related to how well it looks. The personnel at Coty Construction were very helpful during the early decision stages while deciding what options we wished to include. Throughout the process, they provided excellent support and assistance with any questions as well as on-site support when needed. They kept to the timeline they promised and were always very good at responding to any concerns. They are the type of Contractor you always hope you will find when you are looking to invest in improvements to your property. We look forward to working with them on other projects in the future.

haveing been told for months they would return to take care of some minor repairs they have told me a few times it would get done but it don't

Never had any issues working with them and one thing that came back in repairs to fix the minor repair they handled it well.

I still Qustion the unfinished ends on my step kick plates it says on line looking at other decks they should be covered, We have the led kights and are haveing trouble figurging out how they work.getting nback for repairs are a bit slow but Iam sure the issues will get taken care of they are good people to work with

Love the new deck! The steel framing is very strong and combined with Timbertech products we have a virtually maintenance-free deck, which was our goal from day one.
