We are satisfied with the work they did. They were very professional.

They are excellent, professional, courteous and I would recommend them to anyone. I even sent them a thank you note after the work was completed. They just came back to clean the carpet and they have been great.

I would recommend Consolidated Environmental to a friend, but they just need to be more careful with some things. I have hardwood floors and the attic stairs come down to the hardwood floors. I figured they would know that you have to put a towel on the floor. They didn't do that and the stairs scratched the hardwood floors. I also had a guy go up there in the attic two weeks ago because one room wasn't getting cold and apparently the duct work next to pipe they fixed was ripped. It wasn't ripped last year. When I called the plumber who had been up there he said he was nowhere near that. The guy had to come and put duct tape on it to seal it up. I guess when Consolidated Environmental was working and move around up there it got hit with something and ripped, but no one told me that it happened or that it needed to be taped up.
