I felt they kept me informed and completed the job in a timely manner. They worked with me on some items that I wanted to be done outside the insurance work.

It was done in a timely manner and with great suggestions to upgrade the space.

Last Sept, CC referred me to their mold expert for my heat pump. The very next day, the workers came to my home, saved me from purchasing a new heat pump, shared ways I can stop wasting my money on needless service, etc, recommended by greedy, dishonest HVAC servers. They completed the job that day, They were professional, courteous, friendly, and so very helpful! I am 100% satisfied with the work, and overall service they provided. Today I called CC for regular maintenance on my heat pump. It was suggested I use one of their subcontractors, as this would be the most cost efficient route. The CC employee I spoke with was clear, friendly, and polite. The subcontractor I spoke with was most helpful, and I look forward to his service. It is not an easy task to find a reputable, honest company to serve your HVAC needs......I know this first hand. I realize that CC has not directly completed work for me, but I would be willing to give it a whirl if the situation arose, and so far, I am delighted with their subcontractors.

They're slow to respond.

My only complaint is with the many, many delays it took for them to finish. They would work one or two days a week and not show up. I ended up calling and talking to the president of the company and they were always very courteous. It was just very slow in getting the work done.

They are a wonderful group of people to work with.

They did 12 days of work and took 5 months to do it. They put a container outside my house for 1 month and my furniture was in there for 4 days, it is ridiculous.

There were a lot of challenges, especially with the phone.

The work , materials and workmanship was very good. However, their completion rate was very slow

I want to say Thank you soooo!!! much for making the experience so pleasant. Your workers are so professional, clean,understanding,helpful. From the estimater to the project manager and the workers in between. I will be using you in the future. I will also recommend you any chance I have.
