When called with a leak in old roof, Joey was here that afternoon to patch. Within a month they were here to replace roof and completed it in one day.

Chavez did a fantastic job replacing our roof that was damaged by a large, fallen tree. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Chavez had replaced the roof and guttering at our church a couple of years ago. I was very impressed with the quality of their work, their willingness to work around our schedule and the professional and experienced workers who did a great job. When our home needed the roof replaced last year, I thought of them first and had the same experience at our home. Joe, the project manager, was great to work with and communication was excellent, keeping us apprised of what we could expect.

We could not have been more pleased in our dealings with Manuel Chavez and his team in every way in reroofing our home. The workmanship is excellent and done on time. There is no "high pressure" sales techniques used which was greatly appreciated. Manuel was thorough and took pictures of the problems on the roof so we could see what needed to be done before the work began.

I have recommended them frequently, and I can't say enough wonderful things. There was constant communication, they were hands-on, timely, very clear and concise with clear expectations and timelines. The communication was amazing, even if he was going to be 10 minutes late, they would call and be sure that it was okay. They are obviously a big Owens Corning user and gave us different sites in town to look at the different materials on roofs. Manney closed the transaction by coming over to look at everything. He did a final inspection, sat down with us to go over the warranty, he talked with us to be sure all of our questions and concerns were met, and he gave us a booklet containing all the information that we'd need. That personal touch was huge. The crew worked like a well oiled machine and did everything to protect and keep things clean. They went above and beyond. My boss just recently had her roof done, and the comparison between them isn't even close.

They were professional, good, skilled, and got the job done quickly.
