From the start of me contacting Chappelle Roofing (as I was referred to from my friend along with my next door neighbor who just had a new roof put on by Chappelle) an appointment was easily made for a roof inspection and estimate at my convenience. The consultant (Jeffrey Leonard) arrived on time and inspected my roof thoroughly and took pictures. He gave me a quote on a repair only as well as a whole roof replacement. Since I was more than likely going through my homeowners insurance Jeffrey assisted me that same day while making the initial roof damage claim with the insurance rep. Jeffrey remained in constant contact with me throughout the insurance process all the way through getting an entire roof replacement as there was more damage than originally thought to be. The installers removed my entire old roof, replaced the initial plywood and truss damage and had my new roof completed by the days end. The installer crew kept a clean working area throughout the project and satisfactorily cleaned up before leaving my property. The next day when the trailer dumpster was picked up from my driveway the sole employee completed an exterior yard and driveway sweep for any remaining nails and this wasn't rushed as he took the time to complete the sweep in its entirety. The roof shingles I selected (WILLIAMSBURG GRAY) look absolutely fabulous as I did a total color switch from my original terracotta shingles which were the original shingles on the house when built. Jeffrey even (without hesitation) came back out to my house for some very minor details which he did for me. I truly cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Chappelle Roofing from the personal help, excellent product quality and warranty along with the excellent quality of work by the roofing crew I had and the honesty that this company presented. I had a choice with many different roofing companies but due to those two recommendations from my neighbor and from my friend I made the right choice with Chappelle and do not regret a single thing doing so!!

The salesman was very knowledgeable and polite and answered all my questions, so I felt secure in my decisions. The crew that came to replace the roof, where pleasant and professional and did a superb job from start to finish.

It started off rough with no communication from our first rep for weeks. Once Ray took over it went better than I could have imagined. Great communication, laid out the plan and timeline and did everything he said he would. The quality seems to be great so far but Ray is the primary reason for 5 stars.

A+ service and attention to detail from beginning to end. High quality, good price, good financing, good discounts where applicable, worked with insurance company requirements. Good warranty.

Carlos really sealed the deal. I felt he was honest, knowledgeable, and actually got up on the roof to have a look before he gave me the estimate. He didn't try to upsell me, and agreed to reuse my skylight. There was no pressure. The crew arrived a few days earlier than expected and were very professional. I appreciated the pictures sent to me showing the work done. All in all, I think Chappelle Roofing was the best choice for my roofing job.

The process was simple and quick. Jess was knowledgeable and clearly explained next steps and did a good job at keeping me informed.

The owner and owners wife and office personnel are not professional, do not operate accounts correctly and but the blame on the client. YOU provide a service and ensure you are doing your job correctly!!!
