We very much enjoyed working with James Castro of Canopy on our damaged roof replacement project. James has considerable experience and knowledge and he is a very effective communicator - gave us great confidence in Canopy throughout the project. James communicated clearly throughout every stage of our project - initial quote/details, working to ensure insurance approval, the actual replacement, coordinating subcontractors for gutter replacement and internal repairs from the old roof leaking, an inspection and correction of one area of concern, and final walk around and approval. Canopy then registered and sent us our warranty materials in a timely manner. We highly recommend James and Canopy for your roofing replacement or repair.
