Everybody from the company that came to my home was very professional. I had no problems, and my phone calls were returned when I had any concerns. Anything that was not 100% complete, they completed it in a timely manner. I had no problems, and I was pleased with the service.

They did good work. When we needed to get some of our belongings back, they were very accommodating in letting us go by the warehouse to retrieve clothing. We were out of our home for a year and went through all the seasons.

They destroyed and discarded items that I would have gladly taken back, damaged or not. They didn't notify me until after the items were unrecoverable. I am very unhappy that there were antiques deemed uncleanable or that didn't react well to cleaning, and I was not given the option to get them back. They just threw them away.

They came in, did their job, and wrapped it up real nice. They made it nice and clean. They did a really good job. I wish they would give me free things to advertise them, like a hat or sticker.

Things went well, but things had to be cleaned again. I understand the circumstances with the smoke. The staff were kind and professional. I did have an issue when they came to get my electronics. They only sent two gentlemen, so I had to help.

They were prompt in service and good at communicating. They performed service without any issues, and they did good work.

I would recommend CRDN to anyone who's been impacted by flooding or water damage. They do great work!

They treated me like family. They were kind and compassionate during a hard time in my life.

They made the process very comfortable for me. Having a fire is awful, and they made it not so bad with everything they did and how professional they are.

CRDN took great care of our electronics when we had a flood in our house. They returned the electronics to us better than when they left; cleaned, tested, and approved.

I just think they could have done better. I don't know if it was because insurance was involved. There were way to many items that should have been trashed and yet they charged me to clean them and they didn't even get cleaned. Example: had an $8 shirt from Kohls in there and they charged me $7 to clean it. I could have just gotten a new shirt.

They did a thorough job, took excellent care of all our materials and, the two workers in the house were so kind. They tried to do everything they could to expedite things.

I do not recommend CRDN, I would definitely try someone else.

I would never recommend them, I do not think it's a very good company. We had a lot of issues.

They are a great company and they helped us out.
