My home was flooded by a faulty hot water heater.The repair was extensive. I reminded them that the vanity in the hall bathroom was also damaged. They promised to fix it but never did. I finally had to attempt to fix it myself at 80 years old. One end has water rot about halfway up along with sheetrock damage. While most of the work was good not to have done this was terrible plus they sent me a past due bill before the work was done and on another occasion the owner called me a liar over another issue. I will never use them again.
