They are crooks. They stole about 20 percent of the stuff they took. I had to put an order in to get rid of them. They talked my wife into signing a contract and she was suffering from smoke inhalation. She didn't know what it was about. Those people are a real piece of work.

Having never had anything ever happen such as this water disaster from our refrigerator ice machine valve failure while gone on vacation for 2 weeks we were totally at a loss. After contacting our insurance company they contacted DKI who dispatched Derrick (lead tech and a second person) who within 4 hours arrived at our home which is rural meaning 40 miles north of Spokane in a 300 person community. Derrick was the epitimy of the consummate professional! He walked us through the entire process all the time he and his partner were setting up, removing soaked insulation under the house, cutting out cabinets and removing flooring and so on. To say we were in a panic by now is to say the least putting it mildly. They placed dryers and dehumidifiers under the house and cordoned off the kitchen and pantry and put 7 driers in the 3 areas for a total of 7 days and checked them and removed debris daily as needed and kept us totally informed the entire time. After the total shock of seeing cabinets cut up and so on we started learning from Derrick how the process worked and we calmed down and our insurance agent was now involved and so on. IF I EVER NEED ANY TYPE OF THIS HELP AGIAN I WANT DERRICK AND DERRICK ALONE AND DKI FOR SURE they are number one in the Kokinda's book of taking care of the family and aleviating our fears first and formost while all the time taking care of the water damage itself.

What a nice group of men to have come into our home with such a mess. We had a major flood from our washing machine that went two floors. We had to start the drying process immediately and DKI made the process stress free. Thank you very much, The Anderson's
