The overall experience - from getting the estimate to answering questions about the estimate and were very clear of what is included and what is not included (inspection fee) in the estimate. There were no surprises at all. Project was performed per schedule and within the time promised. Great care was taken to make sure my plants/AC/deck/pots around the house/ the front lawn etc. was all properly covered and protected. The cleanup crew did a great job as well and very professional. Matthew - the project manager was answering every question and kept me updated throughout.
