We got estimates from quite a few roofing companies, and some were a little less than Brinkmann's, but Brinkmann was far superior to the others in terms of professionalism and willingness to explain the process from beginning to end. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. Ryan Laird, in particular, patiently and thoroughly answered all of our questions and provided an extremely helpful booklet that explained the materials that would be used and the various roofing methods. In fact, Ryan's thorough answers and his willingness to address all of our concerns was why we chose Brinkmann for our roof replacement. The shingles and other materials are top-quality, and the work crew was great. We also appreciated the help we got from the Project Superintendent, Daniel Watson, who was available throughout the construction to address any questions and concerns that came up.

There was a lack of supervision on my job. I had to do more as homeowner than I thought I would need to do. The crew found bad wood and they were trying to replace it with the wrong kind of material. Brinkmann Quality was already made aware of the special material prior to installation.

I have used Brinkman in the past. always satisfied. but this time clean up of job site was dissapointing. Lots of nails on ground and trash left around the yard.
