You better be there to watch everything they do and like picking up nails in your yard. They send a crew that when I asked the only one that could speak a little English if he worked for Brian King his answer was no, he worked for another man and was a subcontractor. I only saw someone from management for about an hour when he delivered some supplies on day two. On day one they were packing up and leaving when I asked if they were going to do the outbuilding. They did not even know they were supposed to do it so they did it as fast as they could. I had to stop them and make them take part of it back off and replace the extremely rotten sheeting where it had a leak. Then they left off the ridge vent and I had to complain to one of them when he came back the next day to do some finishing up, so he put it on. I had picked up a lot of nails and I asked the last guy there after he said he was leaving and the job was done to help me pick up nails. He did and we picked up 183 nails and screws. Even when I told all this to the Brian King rep that came for the check he just said that's unacceptable but didn't send anyone back to try to find more nails so now I have to go buy a magnet and try to find more before my lawnmower does.

Brian installed my roof a year ago in September 2015. 7 months later, a hailstorm came through and it was a wreck. I called Brian because I wanted him to replace it. He is the number one roofer in the area and I hear all the builders go to him. He is very, very professional. That is the second time I have used Brian and I would use him again tomorrow!
