The salesman, Tim Volk, was very friendly, pleasant and helpful in understanding the process of how everything worked. I never felt pressured about purchasing and felt like he was truly there to help me, even if I didn't buy from him. He even showed me the work that was done on his own house to show how things looked when it was finished when I was considering new colors.

Lance was great ! He was available to answer questions, make changes, and check in on my job. Highly recommend working with him. Quality, efficient, clean work was done by William's crew. My job was the cleanest on the block. No debris in my neighbors' yards. Sam checked in, both by phone and in person, during my job and after. He made sure satisfaction was guaranteed. We are pleased with the quality and appearance of the roof. We've had several compliments.

I would highly recommend this company. They were professional and not "pushy" at all, and the did not disparage other companies. All communications were clear and timely. They were here when the insurance adjuster came, and they handled absolutely everything.

We had some issues. They still have some roofing materials in the backyard, and we asked them to remove them. I sent a picture of the shingles, but they have not pursued it. It has been over four months since May 22 when they left those here. They used some, but there are two full lots left here.
