They didn't do anything they said they were going to do. It took nine months to do a two month job, because they couldn't show up when they said they would. They still owe $15,000 back to us for work they claimed they did, that they didn't do. The work that they did complete is horrible craftsmanship. They took advantage of an 89 year old woman.

The Project Manager is excellent in communicating each step of the way, explaining the process, and in suggesting alternative ways of completing the project. He has a visual of how the project will look upon completion. Very helpful and open to questions and suggestions.
