I talked to the salesperson and someone else. They were really good people. I talked to the roofing supervisors. They did an excellent job. I had a roof replacement. I moved here in 1980 and I had one new roof put on since then. Time went on and we thought that we needed to do some modernization to the house. I found several on Google and then got in touch with this company. I talked to the representative and they came out and looked at my roof. I really didn't ask questions because I had a different idea as far as paying for it and everything. We were going to get a loan with our home equity. We started on that and they were here. I got confused. The roof is beautiful. I never really asked what it would cost. The price was okay and I got what I wanted. Our house is paid off and the deed was held up. They told me I could go online and make payments every month. I want to pay it off. We have an appointment with the bank to get the loans started. I need to get in touch with someone about a payment. I want to get the loan so I can get it paid off. I can pay payments until we get the loan.

Best Choice roofing did a great job! They worked with our budget and insurance and got the job done within our needed time frame, while being friendly, helpful, and professional.

Their work is great. When you have to deal with the office, it is not great. I overpaid them $700, and it took me over 7 weeks to get it. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to get taken care of.

My problem was that when they first did the roof, they didn't replace the bad wood like they were supposed to. I had $2,000 withheld from insurance because they weren't going to come out to fix it. Then they called out of the blue to come out and fix it. They had to do twice the work they had to do in order to replace the wood. They left our roof looking terrible. They finally came out and replaced the wood. It still doesn't look as good as it should. Then they took our two wind turbines to the attic. I had to call them back to get that resolved. They put in cheap piping instead. They took care of it, but after me calling for 2 to 3 weeks.

The person came to talk about how things were, I wanted to see a final bill. I saw the bill when it was time to pay. I just did not know the exact amount until the very end. (Upfront costs needed to be established prior to completion.)
