It was a difficult time for me because the project was very expensive due to the massive amount of water damage I had, but they helped tremendously. However, the first contractor they gave me I had to fire because I didn't like him. He did not answer my calls, and I felt like he had too many jobs, but I don't think he worked for Belfor.

Very happy with finished product!!

BELFOR was assigned by my insurance co, and responded promptly after a tree fell on my house during a rain storm. They packed up the house and moved it out if the house. They sealed off the kitchen as a zip room as it didn't need any repair. My question is ,why seal off the room and then pack up everything in all the drawers and cabinets, even the pantry cabinet. I got the impression that more boxes packed, more money paid. They left everything clean and were very prompt on the job. The job is not yet complete.

I used Belfor because that's who my insurance company sent out to give a repair estimate on a water damage claim. The repairs took over a year to complete! To Belfor's credit, they used some vendors that I would be happy to use again. I never had the feeling that Belfor valued me as a customer; I was just a job that they could get to as was convenient for them.

I am very happy with. They were all professional, well-mannered and punctual.

I was very dissatisfied with the lack of communication and coordination throughout the entire process, although the workers that did the work were very professional and considerate and did a good

I was very impressed with the work that was done and how well the contractors respected our home and cleaned up at the end of each day so we could easily live as close to normal during the week long project. They said they should be done in a week and I didn't really believe it, but they did, and did it very well.

They did a wonderful job and they were easy to get along with.
