Terrible communication. Would tell me they were coming at a certain time didnt show. Said they were coming on a specific day didn't show, when they could have just called and explained to me what happened .

Very professional and friendly people. Their workmanship was excellent. You cannot even tell where they repaired the ceiling. They came in and did cleanup first, dried out the area and then repaired the ceiling, all in a timely fashion. Every BMS CAT - Cleveland employee that came to the house was respectful, courteous and friendly. They did their job, cleaned up and were pleasant throughout the entire process. I have already recommended them and will use them in the future if the need arises.
