You were recommended so I chose AYS over some other less expensive bids.
Presentation was great.
Roof seemed to go on ok but I saw later that there were some flashing/ fascia issues that were not visible until the original gutter guards were removed..I would have preferred that these issues were discussed / remediated before the new roof went on.
Gutter experience was very disappointing.in my opinion, the work was not professional and there were multiple visits to fix concerns. At this time, I am trusting that it will survive the snow and ice over the coming seasons.

Everything started off very well with a consult and quote on the roof, but that changed very quickly once the contract was actually signed.

The entire experience, front to back, was excellent. AYS clearly had experience dealing with insurance companies, particularly State Farm, and stayed the course all the way through the claim process. All documentation was honest and detailed. They were patient to get paid (thanks to multiple delays getting insurance money through our mortgage holder), showed up on time the day of the installation, knocked out all the work in a day, and followed up later to make sure we were satisfied. I will recommend them to every single person I know who needs a roof.
