Yes, we would be likely to recommend Ashco to friends.

For the priority segments of our hail damage claim, the roof and garage doors, Ashco was diligent in working with our insurance adjuster to get the claim approved timely and for an acceptable $amount.

For the air conditioner, we understood that there would be a timing gap due to 3rd party contractors that needed to be involved. It did take significant follow up on our part to get the claim approved for an acceptable $amount.

For the lowest priority item, our deck, we never have heard back regarding a deck wash and stain, and because of the low priority we have not pursued this item.

Overall, Ashco provided a level of service that definitely met our expectations given the massive number of claims as a result of the May 19, 2022 hail storm.

I would have gave five stars. I only gave one star because the first time they came out the crew left everything so bad that many areas had to be redone. I can say one thing Owens Corning products are the Best, I just got in a bad crew that day.

They were wonderful workers. The job was done on time and it was great. I was really pleased.

The shingles seem to be high quality, but time will tell. The shingles look amazing on my roof. We are very pleased overall with shingles and install.
