I was completely satisfied with the outcome of my garage roof replacement. The men did a fantastic job and were very thorough and fast. The foreman did a great job as well overseeing and stepping in to help out with the job from the beginning until it was completed.

Unfortunately most of the communication was terrible. I believe Paulie knows most of the details surrounding what did and did not happen. I'll try to summarize. Our install was supposed to be the week of Thanksgiving but was rescheduled for December 2nd. I knew on Dec 1st that there was rain in the forecast for Dec 2nd but I hadn't heard anything from Ryan or Apex so I sent Ryan a text at about 4pm on Dec 2nd mentioning the forecast and asking him if we should reschedule to job until Wednesday. He replied that he was just about to reach out to me and that he was looking at the calendar and he would let me know when the new install date would me. The next day (Dec 2nd) my wife called me and said that there were a couple of pallets of material in the middle of our driveway! No one mentioned this delivery. I called Ryan and asked him about it and he seemed to know that it was going to be delivered. However, he never mentioned that our roof was going to done the next day (Dec 3rd)! Since I had no idea when the roof would be replaced I asked him if they could move the material to the back yard driveway in front of the garage. He said that he would see if this could be taken care of. I later found out that they tried to put the material on our front yard and did a pretty good job of tearing up some of it! Had I known that the roof was going to be done the next day I never would have requested that the material be moved.

I would love to recommend Apex to people because in the end the job was done completely and efficiently, but with the lack of communication it makes this harder to do. I hope that this critic helps with the communication between Apex and all of your future customers.
