I only gave American remodeling one star because I was not happy with the service we received.We were told that, they had their Own crews that did all of their work. A Subcontractor showed up to put our roof on. We were told that they would lay down tarps over our flowerbeds to catch all of the nails and roofing tiles. They did not do this! And I had to clean up with they missed. We had very little communication with the crew that came to put our roof on.A month after the roof was put on, we had a leak. Called the office and was told someone would come out at 2 o'clock. No one showed up! Day 2 called the office, was told someone would be out. Again no one showed up. Day 3 called the office to find out why no one was showing up to fix our leak. I was hung up on! Repair man did show up at 6 o'clock that night.Our roof is Owens Corning. We were told that it came with the 50 year warranty. When I called Owens to find out about our warranty, they told me that the standard warranty is 20 years and what I purchased was the 50 years extension. So American remodeling, sold us an extended warranty without our knowledge.
