The job took longer than I expected and the cleanup left a lot to be desired. There was some tar on my driveway that I was told would be cleaned up but never happened. I am picking up trash from the job months after it was done. I reported an error after the job and was told someone would check it out, but no one ever came.

The final product was well worth the hassle that I had dealt with during the entire process. However, there was no communication whatsoever. Once I signed the contract, I heard from no one and received no updates unless it was directly from the project manager after asking 100's of questions. Not entirely sure how their office structure is but it was non existent throughout this process. The workers would just show up at any given time to complete work or try and upsell me on things that were supposed to be included. The sales person also did not explain at all what the hurricane strapping entails when selling and signing the contract which was very frustrating.
