The man I signed the contract with said that he would bring me the folder showing the ownership of the contract from the company. I was thinking about selling my house, and it may take a year. He said I could transfer the warranty to the next owners when I sold my house. I wanted to make sure it's true, but I never received it. He said he'd bring it by, but he hasn't.

I would Recommend them any day! They showed up ontime for all appointments. Ended up being a bigger job since the decking was bad. They made quick work of the repairs and It looks Great. No hidden charges or strange fees tacked on the back end. Everything was discussed in detail , Looks Amazing. The whole team was Excellent.
