I had All Dry Roofing replace my roof and gutters. The roofing crew was great. They removed the old roof, put the new roof on in a day. Granted my roof is a simple roof line. They cleaned up well. Took care to place tarps over my deck and furniture to protect from damage. The only negative was communication.
The crew All Dry sent for the gutters was a subcontractor to All Dry. I didn’t realize this until they were on site. The gutters look good and seem to be functional. Some damage was done to my drip edge strips along the soffits. The damage was minimal, but it was still damage to fairly new soffits. Fairly new meaning a few years old. I brought this to the attention of the crew and their solution was to hammer it. They didn’t clean up. Pieces of guttering were left laying around. I found sheet metal screws in my driveway, along with pieces of guttering material. Their vehicle left oil stains on my fairly new driveway. This seems to be an issue with most contractors.
I brought this to the attention of All Dry and was told someone would come out and take a look. To date no one has. The only personal that has come back was, I assume, from the roof crew to finish placing my chimney cap. As mentioned, the damage was minimal, but still damage. And what seems to be the lack of interest in it, tells me a little damage is acceptable to All Dry.
With this said, I would recommend the roofing crew but not the subcontractor for the gutters. I would recommend asking who is doing the work you want. If a subcontractor is doing the work get the name so you will know who to expect to show up at your job and checking them out for quality of their work.
My rating is a 3 star because they don’t have a 3.5 star.

All Dry Roofing was an excellent company to work with. They communicated with me very well with phone calls and texts. The job site was very clean and no mess was left at all. Our new roof looks great. We have had a few big rain events with the new roof without any leaks!I would highly recommend All Dry Roofing!
