This includes the initial and follow-up appointments, accurate roof assessment of problem areas, prompt and detailed quote, multiple visits to help with shingle and trim color choices, extremely professional installation crew, multi-day installation process that only exposed the portion of roof to be done each day, protection of landscaping during installation and thorough clean-up afterwards.

When we first contacted Adams to request a quote, Jeff came out soon after. We had a leak at the time. Jeff repaired it without charge. Subsequently, we reviewed quote from Adams and 5 other contractors. They all made a positive first impression. As we dove into the details, Adams remained on the top. Some contractos wanted partial payment upfront or required payment in full before the warranty was given. Adams didn't. The Owens-Corning Workmanship Warranty backs Adams up. Adams doesn't use sub-contractors which was important to us. We wanted an experienced crew working on our home. With sub-contractors, you don't know what you're getting. Adams clearly has a lean "overhead" operation. Some of the other contractors are clearly top heavy which is reflected in their price. When we added Skylight replacement to the quote, Adams added it wihtout gouging us on price. Other contractors weren't that way. The crew got the job done in two long 13+ hour days for a >7,000 Square Foot Roof. Our neighbors commented on how hard the crew worked and how nice our roof looks. The clean up afterwards was thorogh.
