Communication throughout the process was dreadful. There seemed to be no oversight of workmen, who were strong and willing, but untrained. The sub-contractors ATI hired, however, were great, but only appeared for a few parts of the job. The job dragged out for 18 miserably uncomfortable months, with boards nailed over broken doors and windows and no word about when work would commence, or once begun, would continue.

SR Freeman did an exceptional job on a very detailed and tricky two story pool house project. The project manager, Francisco, did a excellent job working through many details and generating numerous RFI's before there were any boots on the ground, which was a major help in how smoothly the job ran.... more
