Quality of work and communication
They are always awesome and on time. If I call them at 8 o'clock at night, they are here at 6 o'clock the next morning whenever I need them.
They are always great and their response time is always great. I go through Chris and he is awesome and always gets the guys out as soon as possible and they get the work done quickly, effficienty, and cleanly!

ATI sent out professional and knowledgeable workforce to evaluate the water damage and then drain and dry my walls and floors. They were very neat about their work and disposed of all trash and debris.

They 1.5 years to complete a uncomplicated project and they did a lousy job.
My project went through 4-5 different project managers. I was never informed that the project manager had changed and I just received zero communication from the former manager or anyone else.
The team did an amazing job of tearing out all of the damage caused by a waterheater leak. Cleaned up all debris from their work and hauled it away. I couldn't ask for a better outcome. But, couldn't get a call back on doing the repair work. I was hoping to have the same meticulous job by them in putting things back together, but several calls I made received no response. If they don't do the repair work, that should be information given when the mitigation is done.
Awful experience with tons of bureaucratic red tape, nobody in the company communicates with each other including myself as the customer. Don’t ask for Corey you will be let down by the entire team.
Areas Of Satisfaction - The follow up they demonstrate after work is completed is always appreciated. They coordinate any additional testing needed and make sure everything clearance is issued. ATI also works well with tenants to schedule the work and keep them informed as needed.
I am totally happy with the work that was done by ATI Restoration. I would recommend them.
The guy that came had no knowledge and everything he said was false. He said there were no pipes in the wall and we found three on the same wall. I was very disappointed.
They never finished the work and the communication was horrible.
We were very happy with their work. While drying it out with their machines, they sealed it all off with plastic & a zipper to keep the rest of the house clean of the mold. They were also very thoughtful and called each day to tell us when they would come by to do more work.
This has been a complete nightmare!
They had to re-do something, and they did a good job of re-doing it to get it right.

We had a total disaster. They threw away about 2/3 of my stuff from the warehouse. I sent in a claim and ATI paid in full. It was a titantic screwup. I'll never see those pieces ever again.
Every worker that came into my house was polite. I have no problems with any of them. They were great.

Do not hire these guys for anything. They do a horrible job and have bad customer service. They don't care about the customer, they care about money.

The service was HORRIBLE!!!!! Our claim was the end of FEB we were NOT COMPLETE UNTIL JULY!! WE HAD HOLES IN OUR CEILINGS WITH MOLD, WE SLEPT IN A GUEST ROOM FOR MONTHS THEN BACK IN UNDER THE GAPING HOLE IN THE CEILING WITH MOLD. The service was horrible now they want us to pay them $1000.00 for our house being unlivable 6 months!!!!! do not use them
