The ATI staff and technicians led by Kenny Moody were not only thorough and efficient, but also kept in mind the inconvenience and stress a situation like this damage can cause.

They may be good at what they do, I don't know. The fact that they subcontracted to someone who is not licensed and didn't properly supervise her work. They have been slowly trying to make it right. I am still finding things that have to be fixed. They weren't keeping an eye on what she was doing. I found out after the fact, when I caught her in a lie, and had her fired. That is when I found out that she wasn't licensed. That is when I told American Technologies who told me they had no idea because she was on their approved list. Come to find out they were still hiring her for other jobs, knowing she isn't licensed.

ATI consistently didn't meet their own set deadlines in the process leading up to the start of the work on the water damaged living room wall, which forced me to take the bathroom renovation to another company. I felt I was justified in doing so when the living room wall - a 2-3 day job by their own estimate - took 6 days (not counting the 2 extra days they had to come out to fix problems with their work).When they left after the final time working, there was a gap in the floor between the end of the wood flooring and the baseboard. I had to call to get them to come back out to see the issue and then they had to install a base shield to cover the hole.A few days after that, one of the bulb housings in the ceiling for the cans lights was falling. So again had to call to come back out and fix the issue because of our 11.5 foot ceilings.

Excellent communication and great customer service made my experience with this company excellent. I highly recommend this company.

The billing provided by this company is lengthy and can be hard to decipher. It was very difficult to understand what i was being charged for, and why their numbers were different than the estimates i had received. I also could not understand how their expenses translated to my Insurance carrier's limitations. They also charged for items/services that i don't believe were provided. My insurance carrier is supposed to be looking into this, but they don't seem particularly interested.

Everyone has been incredibly polite, clean and hard workers.

In the middle of the night we had a broken hot water main in the kitchen which flooded part of our kitchen and family room. My wife and I were concerned about the quality of work in properly restoring both our kitchen and family room, it was a mess. ATI came out assessed the damage and quickly took control of the restoration. What started out to be a restoration disaster ended up being a beautiful completed restoration. We would highly recommend ATI for home restoration.
