Absolutely not. Because of all the issues I had.

The work from this company is the most unprofessional I have ever encountered. I have paid other contractors to come and review and was told the same. After complaining about the quality of the work, ATI said they no longer wanted to work with us and have left our house in a state that we still can't go back to live in. The project started out as 2/3 months and we have been out now 10 months and our new contractor still says we have 2/3 months worth of work. My advice would be to not let this company anywhere near your home.

The timeliness was great. The damage happened on Easter Sunday and they were able to help me out that same day which impressed me.

If you had no stars I would select it.color and texture of the wood flooring is now ware near to what I had.the carpet does not match the rest of the house, I feel tricked into selecting a different carpet.The tile replacement and painting in the utility room is good.

In general the work was done and finally got completed.

Stay away from American Technologies. Unprofessional people, shotty workmanship, not respectful of people's time. Not showing up when they said they will, not scheduling things when they said they will. It was a pretty horrible experience. I would certainly tell people to go somewhere else.

Our initial experience would have been all zeros, but becuase of John and Ron, we are very satisfied. They made everything as convenient and as customer friendly as possible.

The project took three to four times longer than it was supposed. The people doing it were not responsive to my request.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Other than some delay of materials due to weather conditions, we are very satisfied with the services and work done on our home repair.
