They did an excellent job, it just took a while to get started.

They damaged two of the walls in my home. They did not repair them. Now I will have to repair them. They were wooden walls that did not need to be removed.

The project manager was great. The quality of the work and the workmanship were poor. When they laid the carpet in the areas they cut, they did not put full pads out in the hallway. They laid it over the old pad. In the hallway, they had a half-old and half-new pad with a ridge. I had to have them come out and redo it. They had a layout of how it was supposed to be laid, and I went down to the basement and saw someone having a room laid with pad and carpeting in a room that was not supposed to be carpeted. I knew they had pads for the upstairs because they had them for the basement. Walking on the carpet, there are seams. Someone should have told me to reach out to insurance, as it should have never gone over an old pad. I spoke with someone else, and they stated that should have never happened. Now I am stuck with upgraded carpet and an old pad.

The company was the most professional and best quality workmanship that I have ever dealt with in this sector before. They did everything on time. They were highly responsive and very easy to work with. They were very reasonable in the pricing that I worked out with them.

The work was good but I had to get a new project manager because they were causing a bunch of delays. I didn't like that.

They were unclear in explaining the process of payments. They were not clear on the payment schedule. There were certain parts of the job that had to have payments up front during the work. At the beginning and in the middle, they needed payment. This was not clear and not good communication.

I was satisfied with the work that they did. I was pleased. They were friendly and did good job.

I do not recommend this company and wish Allstate had never assigned them to repair my home after a toilet supply line failed and flooded the house.
