I am not likely to recommend ARI Construction to a friend because it was not a pleasant experience.

I would recommend them because of their professionalism and the way they walked me through the process and did a great job.

Was not pleased. Contractor did do anything more than was a absolutely necessary. Light Sanding would have made the finished project much better. They chose not to, because it wasn’t necessary to fulfill their responsibility!

I thought everyone was really nice. I feel that they really tried to accommodate us in our dilemma.

Kevin and Cameron were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire project. Their ideas and suggestions were greatly appreciated and all proved to be value-added improvement to our home. Every ARI craftsman who contributed to the project all showed themselves to be competent, punctual, and task-focused. Probably most impressive was the patience and consideration ARI had with ensuring that everything was completed to our satisfaction post-construction.

Overall, they did good work, but they had trouble meeting deadlines.

Still having leaking problems on replaced carport roof.Did not use plyboard to replaced on home roof used particle board

They only showed up 40% of the time. We made 10 scheduled appointments for various steps in the project. They failed to show up for 6 of these appointments.

Very pleasant folks to work with. Bathroom was more than expected in quality! Painting on kitchen cabinets is somewhat disappointing. Appears prep wasn't done and paint is peeling and chipping in spots.

ARI Construction was professional and courteous, the quality of materials and craftsmanship was good. They were easy to work with and completed the job ahead of schedule.

ARI Construction has NOT finished the work at my mom's house.

I'm convinced that the only way this contractor gets business is by being a "preferred" Allstate contractor. He can't possibly use word of mouth or customer referrals.

They were very professional and did a great job.

Very reliable and responsive contractor who restored our home after a water hose leaked and flooded the ground floor. Very pleasant to work with. Very experienced workers who produced a high quality finished product. We were impressed with how smooth and efficient the whole process turned out to be. Both my wife and I are completely satisfied. We plan to use ARI Construction to do remodeling work to the house in the future.

They were great. They were on time.

They were the most wonderful people I have ever worked with. They were just fantastic. They were courteous, kind, and just so understanding.

They were given samples of all of the materials that would be needed to repair our home. They had the wrong baseboards, wrong trim, and wrong threshold. We asked them to communicate with us letting us know when they will be on property since we have a pet. We never received a call letting us know when they would be on premises. They had several do-overs on most of the work. The base boards did not match so they pulled baseboards from the bedrooms and installed them in the hallways in order to match the existing hallway baseboards. They installed the baseboards that did not match the original in the bedrooms. When the trim and the new doors were painted the paint did not match and had to be repainted. We don't understand why this was not noticed while they were painting. The bathroom door was not in the frame correct and had to be straightened after the painting was all done. We had issues with the vanity (we ordered it) from Home Depot but finally got it in and in good condition. The plumbers installed the toilet and the vanity but there was a leak under the vanity on the hot water side. ARI came out and picked up their check and agreed that there was a leak and we were told they would be out the next day with the plumber and fix it. The plumber came (without ARI) and said yes there is a leak but could not find it so they left with the vanity still leaking. We called ARI and was told the plumber would be here the next day and no plumber. We called ARI and they were unaware that the plumber did not show. We were told he would need to replace the fitting from the wall and would be here the next day between 2 and 3pm. The plumber did not show. We called ARI and were told the plumber was rolling out to do the repairs at 5:30pm. We said no do not come. We just wanted them out of our home. The insurance company had to stay on top of them the entire time of the repairs and at the end they told us to get another plumber and they would pay for it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not pay attention to detail and do not communicate with the customer. I don't see how they made Angie's List!
