Roofing team was fantastic! Siding and Eaves teams proved very inexperienced. I will NOT recommend AM to anyone!

AM was supposed to provide their own crew. They did not, it was subcontracted to another company. This company drank beer and smoked pot on the job and left their empty cans and reefer stubs around the job site. The did not adhere to normal safety standards too numerous to mention here, little to no protective coverings for landscaping which were promised and the job site was a mess.

The customer service from AM Roofing was great despite a few hiccups.

All parties are aware of how disappointing our entire experience was- including the end product being rushed and sloppily put together.

Shingles at front of house are erratic.

People I experienced/worked with were kind, professional, efficient and good communicators. Consultant (Sye) assisted in shingle color selection by providing a visual of our cottage. Overall, it was easy and hassle-free working with AM roofing.

The initial touchpoints were phenomenal. As the work came down the pipe regarding scheduling, communication, and any concerns, I got ghosted and was promised things.
I had a concern two months ago, and I just got the people back today at my house.
When they are selling the product, they do a very good job of selling it, but once they have your initial money, they drop off.

They were very efficient and good to deal with in every way.

If someone wants to use this company, the materials will be good, and the workers will be good. However, you will have to continually follow up with them to make sure you are getting what was agreed upon in the contract.

Was impressed with the on-site estimate and Mr. Moran Mckenzie's inspection of the roof to be replaced and the various options available to complete the project. It was a pleasure doing business with this firm. Had several follow-up calls to keep us posted on the progress..

They were on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up very well. My neighbors were impressed. They explained the different materials, and how it was different from the old tar and paper ones. Everything has worked out beautiful.

I would recommend AM Roofing to a friend If it wasn't with Cory. Even though I had a bad experience with the guy who took our application, it was not their fault. The rest still dong great with job.

I was disappointed in the mess they left at the job site. I would have expected nails, but I didn't expect caulking tubes and paper flying everywhere. That was the only problem I had with them. Otherwise, they were fine.
