I would give them an A+. They have been absolutely wonderful and they are very efficient. I know I can be a pain but they always responded to me immediately and took care of everything. Kevin and his team are the best and I truly highly recommend them.

Only one of the employees spoke English. All of the rest of them spoke Spanish, so there was a language barrier. They took things they weren't supposed to take and were in rooms they weren't supposed to be in. They returned the china cabinet and an antique lamp without the hardware to put it back together. I am still trying to get several of my belongings from them. I placed a call to him yesterday and he hung up when I told him my name and why I was calling.
