I have never dealt with such a great contractor. I have had horrible experiences in the past with contractors, but they went beyond what they said. I thought they were going to take 3 days, but they did it in one. They also cleaned everything. I only found 3 nails which is unusual with a house this size. They were on it! They were supposed to be here at 8 AM, but they were here at 6:30. It leaves you with such a good feeling. I had their sign up for months. I want to do as much as I can for them. It is rare you find a company that does what they say they are going to do. The team they had worked well together. They anticipated each other's needs and I saw how they were so effective. I went up to the crew lead and told them we would bring them some food tomorrow, but they said they would be done in one day. They were done in one day. You could have knocked me over with a feather. It is nice to know that there is a company out there that is that good. I have had horrible experiences with every company that I have worked with before. I will continue to refer them. They were phenomenal.

We got a lot of estimates before we heard about 4 Guys and a Roof. We are so glad we waited to make a decision. Mike was great with everything leading up to the installation. He came to the house to discuss things with us. We do not do something as big as this just online. He knew we were under a time crunch and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The price was great! The team that put the roof on was great. They answered all our questions. They worked continuously and did not waste 1 minute. They had great equipment that both saved time and kept the yard clean. Please take a serious look at this company if you are looking for a roof or repairs.

Additional Comments - After the wind storm we had on Dec 11 we found a shingle in our front yard. I contacted 4 Guys and they sent a man out within 30 hours and inspected our roof. They told me it didn't come from our roof and our roof looked great. No damage from wind storm.
