I met Alex (VP) at the Monona Terrace in 2/24 and thoroughly enjoyed my visits with him. I decided to go with them for a totally new deck. Autumn (Production Manager) was such a delight to talk to. I really enjoy seeing women in the trades. She gains much respect from the guys which is great. Always responsive too. Then on to the team that built my deck. They were made up of Cassidy, Jared, & Gabe. These guys were great and very polite. I liked talking to them everyday. It was a joy using this company. I also briefly met Zach when the trailer was delivered to my driveway. So overall I would definitely recommend this company. Oh, btw - I met Matt (Owner & President) who stopped by to check out the final product. He was a pleasure to talk with and told him I was very pleased with the product, his employees and the whole process

Absolutely thrilled with the work done by 3rd Gen Deck Builders! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. My wife and I found 3rd Gen at a Home Improvement show. After receiving multiple quotes from competing contractors, 3rd Gen stood out from the rest by taking the time to come to our home and listen to our needs for the project. They transformed our existing deck with a stunning new TimberTech deck and a three-season room that has quickly become our favorite space. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and their attention to detail really shows. The crew, consisted of Derek, Joe, Gabe, and Kasity; they were punctual, friendly and professional throughout the process. Autumn Lyons, the production manager, did an excellent job keeping us informed throughout the project. They listened to our ideas and brought them to life beyond our expectations.
