Great engagement from the very beginning. Roof inspection was very thorough and helpful. Scheduling was flexible for my work schedule to be there during the install. My account manager Tad was fantastic - very customer focused and was onsite to check on program. 314 also provided a foreman on site the entire time - Jose was super helpful. Roofing crew as very large and efficient. Very happy with everything!

During his presentation, he brought shingles that I requested along with a variety of others that he recommended for a better overall appearance. Needless to say, his option was the best choice and increased our home curb appeal. He walked us through what the expectations and kept in constant contact.

They did a good job replacing the roof. What impressed me the most was that my neighbor got a flat tire from a nail in my driveway, and the foreman offered to replace the tire for her if it was not replaceable under her tire warranty, but it was repairable.
