As a GuildQuality Guildmember, 1st Action Services relies on our customer surveying to help them deliver an exceptional customer experience.

We have surveyed customers on behalf of 1st Action Services in Atlanta, GA; Marietta, GA; Alpharetta, GA; Ellenwood, GA; Decatur, GA; Woodstock, GA; Fayetteville, GA; Acworth, GA; Roswell, GA; Kennesaw, GA; and 61 other cities in Georgia, New Jersey, Nevada, South Carolina, Texas, and 3 other states.

In this report, 1st Action Services has published a summary of the customer feedback they've received since they joined GuildQuality in April 2015. In that time, 70 out of 356 customers (20%) responded to a GuildQuality satisfaction survey, with the most recent response in August 2017.

1st Action Services surveys all of their customers shortly after the completion of work, and their feedback appears in the summary on this page.
