The evening that our water line to our ice maker leaked, Water Damage came right away to begin cleaning up water and install fans and dehumidifiers. After waiting a week to be sure things had dried out, they assisted in moving furniture and arranging storage for it. They then began removal of damaged flooring, basement ceiling, walls and flooring/ carpeting and padding. They coordinated it with our insurance company. Coty Jones of Water Damage managed the project, stayed in good communication with us, and was responsive to our questions and needs. He has been very helpful, available, and capable.

They were super professional. They communicated their entire process to us beforehand so we knew what to expect. They followed the timeline they recommend. They left everything in the best shape it could be for us. We had absolutely no issues. We just bought this house and this was the first major thing that happened to it. It was a really great first experience with something like this.
