From the very beginning, John patiently reviewed the remediation process - leaking roof/skylights caused water damage to my attic, bedroom and living room. John answered every single question honestly and provided much needed reassurance. The repair estimate included all needed repairs, very fair pricing - no surprise charges. The remediation team was amazing - cleared out everything related to the water damage and cleaned up afterwards.
