They took my items for six months and claimed they were cleaning it. They put it inside plastic bags, and it all smells like mildew. Furthermore, they tried to save stuff that wasn't available. They haven't been informative on how to get my money back or get the items cleaned. They could use some help in customer service to help the customer navigate the process. Furthermore, they took things we told them not to take, and brought back items damaged, with holes in a fur coat. Right now, they want me to go through each item separately and tell them what's bad. They should know that, they are the professionals. I am having to do their job for them.
