This Stiltz Elevator is quick and quiet. My only way to get to our second floor due to Neuropathy. Our best home upgrade.

Was not set up on day of the week requested, requiring me to make a 4 hour trip each way. 1 3/4 day installation. Was led to believe thick walls to be put in, of a special product. Walls were very thin, and flimsy looking as they carried them downstairs. For 13,000.00 I expected the higher quality described by salesman.

Caliber made all arrangements to have installers bring the tub and put it together. They did a great job. They laid down a tarp to keep things clean. The insulation took all day, and they checked everything out. The electrical had to be redone and that was taken care of by an electrician that was also arranged by Caliber.

We were pleased with the work they did.
