What is the best way to remove a very slight amount of mold on shower grout? What is the BEST sealer to use for re-sealing the cleaned grout? The mold is only on one side of the shower where the floor meets the wall and measures about 4-5 inches in length.

If you get it in writing that your roof installation will not be too heavy for the frame of your home, and a few months later your roof is sinking and the frame is cracking, is the roofer responsible? Should I install solar panels on my new home?

Solar panels are a great long term solution for energy savings. The average time frame for recovering the initial cost of the panels and installation is about 5 years, so if you are planning on living in the home for longer than 5 years, you will begin to see a return on your investment around year 6 and beyond. Also a big bonus is that tax credits are available to homeowners on both the state and federal level for solar currently!
