We were not notified that roofers would be coming and were woken up at 5:30 am with them tearing off shingles. My truck was still in driveway and thankfully they had not dropped any shingles onto it. We did not even talk to foreman when roofers were finished to verify everything was done. I had even texted Ray, the salesman we were dealing with asking when they would be starting and was told would be in a week and would let me know an exact date.

This happened also with gutter installers who just showed up one day without notice they would be starting that day.

Fascia boards were never replaced. I was sent a communication that threatened to turn me into Collections if the invoice was not paid in full. Paid it in full thru project manager who promised work would be completed. Even had a gentleman who came out and measured the fascia, but work never completed. Many neighbors in my neighborhood refused to do business with Abernathy after our experience. Took the money and ran.

Abernathy Roofing & Construction did a good job, and they're pretty nice people.

They were very straightforward and honest. They took a lot of pictures so I was able to see all the damage which made me very uncomfortable moving forward. Excellent job!

The project manager yelled at me. My phone battery was dead but I did not know it. He did not make contact with us. He could have called another number in our profile. I assumed no one was coming, as I was told we would be called. I did not hear him at the door. When I did he was screaming at me about moving my car and that I didn't sign a form. I should have fired him and your company on the spot.

Work was completed as per contract and looks great

On time for the initial appointment. Through examination of my roof. Suggested I may have an Insurance claim and gave me the number for my insurance company claims representative.

They were really good. Brandon was really great. Stephan was great at checking on things. Abernathy Construction was honestly really good.

They showed up and did their research on my home. I have a different type of roof. I have a dome home. This was during Covid. My house would have fallen in if they didn't come to do my roof. No other local places would even touch it. They traveled a long way to do this. The owner is absolutely amazing. They had to study things to learn how to do a dome home. They did it and they did it right. They are an amazing company.

Working with Abernathy Construction was great! Richard Grey worked as our account manager, and he was a pleasure. He provided us with great clarification on any concerns or questions. The leads took care of the leaf filters on the gutters as well and did a great job.
