From the initial meeting, estimate, and final work, all went well. An insurance aspect was handled by all parties in very fast, fair manor. The work crews were fast and very hard working. I refer to them as roofing ninjas. All went well on a complicated roof replacement. I would use Zimmerman Ext. again for other projects.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Communication was very good. Early start times and mid afternoon stop times were ideal. They did the best they could to not damage yard or any exterior items. Daily clean-up and waste removal was excellent. They were also very careful not to damage the wiring for my antenna system to the roof.

Recognized Excellence - While all the workers did a great job. Brian, the man who did the metal fascia work did much better than I expected. He had a complicated job, and circumvented a previous owners incorrect installations. I also want to thank Derek for dealing with my insurance carrier. That was just way too easy.

Repeat Business - I have a south facing exterior wall that needs resided. This work will be pursued late summer or early fall.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The speed at which they completed my roof replacement (1 day) while still achieving a professional level of quality. Also was happy with the assistance provided by Dwayne who worked with my Insurance company who found several items missing from the initial claim which was an additional 300 dollars on top of the initial claim.

The reason why we picked Zimmerman was because the gentleman that came to give us our estimate noticed that our roof was leaking. He was the only man out of four people that fixed the leak temproalty. To us, that stood hands above the rest.
