I found everyone at Straight Line Construction to be very professional and friendly. The workmanship is top notch. I am very satisfied with this company.

The quality of the work was very good. The crew onsite was also very good. Our frustration was with their sales person who significantly overstated what they could provide via working with the insurance to pay for the roof or at least part of it. His follow up was poor and his story changed every time we spoke. In the end insurance didn’t cover anything and we are ok with that, we honestly didn’t expect them to until your sales person assured us it was worth our time and energy to try.

they are honest, fair, reasonable and courteous. They keep you updated on their progress efficiently. Their crews are polite and hard working.

I would recommend Straight line roofing and construction. The reason for four stars is it took longer than I anticipated ( my guess is from the January 2023 storms as to what they were busy), however , the office personnel kept me informed and updated. I was happy with the end results.

What an absolute MESS! We purchased the Leaf Gutter Guards with our new roof purchase and live to regret it!!! Every time it rains, we have a literal wall of water in front of our back door. The water splashes on the back door and and patio walls with debris from the patio and roof. We think the product is inferior, that the mesh is too fine to absorb the runoff. Yes, we've called Straight Line Roofing and Construction back several times, they responded once with no resolution. Since the Leaf Gutter Guards were installed, we've had a permanent large puddle of water immediately outside our back door that the dogs walk through and track into the house. These Leaf Gutter Guards are by far the worst purchase I have ever made!!!!! I wish I could retract the previous rating of five stars I made to this company prior to the first rain!

Straight Line completed a difficult and unusual roofing job for us involving multiple crews. They also helped us very successfully navigate the world of complicated insurance claims. They were able to clearly go over all the different options available to us and help us choose what was best for our needs. Our job came at a time when it seemed that Straight Line was busy with many jobs. While our job took awhile to be completed it went pretty smoothly. We were definitely pleased with the completed job of our far more energy efficient new roof. We are happy we chose Straight Line due to the jobs difficulty and their deep experience with different roofing situations. We now feel that had we chosen another roofer we may have run into some issues due to the unusual nature of our roof and so are thankful we chose Straight Line. We think our roof is the most important part of our homes integrity and Straight Line did it proud. Thanks.

I'm not sure why I am being asked for another review, but my feelings haven't changed 6 months later. Labor & service was great for the most part. A change in material is causing some noise issues in my house, which initially I was told had nothing to do with the material. But it wasn't an issue prior to the roof replacement. Communication, scheduling and final close-out with office was severely lacking, which is a factor in why I would NOT recommend this company. In the end, the job was finalized, but it took way longer than it should have.

The bright light of our project was always Fernando, our sales rep. We had a lot of communication and incorrect expectations set with other members of the team and wired getting crossed, yet Fernando always was able to get to the bottom of what we needed and heard us out when we had issues.

Too many issues with the project. We didn't feel like we were a top priority or the sole focus of the team's attention that was working on our project.

No I would not recommend this company

Shaun was our first contact with Straighline Roofing. He was up front about everything from the beginning which I appreciate very much. Other companies come in with a low bid and when you read the fine print of the proposal, you can see all the hidden costs. These hidden costs would have added up to more than the bid we got from Shaun. I appreciate someone who does not bullsh*t me. I don't have time for games and drama. The crew was polite and on time every morning. They were clean and organized. They kept me informed of things that came up during the project and kept me up to date of the progress. The office team was on top of sending texts and emails to tell me what to expect next and to ask if I had questions. The whole experience overall was as smooth as could be expected when you got a crew pounding and hammering over head all day. LOL . I would absolutely , positively, without a doubt recommend this company to anyone who needs a quality roofing job done.

From the quote, to the demo, to the install and through the final inspection, everyone I encountered was beyond professional. I never thought I would say this, but I was absolutely delighted to spend so much money. Well done Straight Line.

I thought they did a good job, and the workmanship was good. We put the sign in our front yard, and we are on the corner of a busy street. The neighbor down the street had his roof done, and I think there should be some reward for the person who helped the neighbor. They should say thank you, and we appreciate you giving us a reference to someone who purchased a roof.

Straight Line was a great experience and we were given a very well done roof espcially in consideration of the extremely old roof and tons of wood rot challenge that was presented.

It's rare to find a company that you feel has your best interest in mind & that you feel you can trust. It's even rarer to experience excellent communication with a company that does work for you. When you are dealing with a job where you're going to be handing over alot of money you inevitably have high expectations. Having Straight-Line do our roof turned out to be one of the best experiences we've ever had.

I am a detailed oriented person who likes structure. So I would not recommend Straight Line to a friend based upon their communication, processing paper work and overall disorganization (office only). But, if I have a friend who doesn't mind the disorganization, I would recommend, because the actual work was done efficiently, quickly, and hopefully correctly.
