Rather than answer every single survey question with additional details, I will summarize it here. From the very beginning when we worked with Adrian Jimenez, the estimator, who was very knowledgeable, patient, and worked with me through the timeline on when to start the roof replacement project to the professional crew who came out to do the work, foreman Jesus Hernandez, and his crew, along with the superintendant Roberto Martinez, it was a very clean, professional job with a hard-working crew who knew exactly what they were doing. There was a slight glitch with 2 of the skylights needing to be re-ordered with the correct size, and a pipe vent connecting the water heater was disconnected, and one of the downspout at the front entryway not being braced to the wall, Jesus, his fellow crew members, Phillip Bates, an order coordinator managing rescheduling of the re-ordered skylights, along with the office employees at Straight Line handling the billing have all been incredibly responsive, prompt with corrections, incredibly gracious, friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The cost of the amount of work and quality involved was completely worth it for peace of mind that the new roof will withstand its many years of material and labor guarantee backed by the manufacturer and done in compliance by a great crew. The company went above and beyond in helping which is incredibly rare these days. The roof itself looks fantastic, held up very well during the recent rainstorms, and I'm more than pleased with the new skylights which lets in natural sunlight. The crew was quick and efficient and were very good about keeping the area around the house clean after the job.

The crews working on the project were great. They communicated with us every day. However, the project estimator Gary Burrows was hard to work with, as he had no follow through, lets us linger for more than a year. We finally got the roof done, which should have been done last year.

My recommendation to friends would be to have the roof done during the dry season, if possible. Under those conditions I would highly recommend them.

I definitely would recommend Straight Line. A friend recommended them to me. I did my due diligence and had 4 contractors give me information and estimates. One did not ever give me an estimate. Of the other 3, 1 was quite a bit more expensive for the same job, 1 did not do a full estimate of the job so I couldn't really know what the cost would be and Straight Line was very thorough on the estimate and explained most things really well and the estimate was in the middle. I also got a senior discount. I did opt to pay for the extended warranty they offered on the roofing work and I got shingles with a really good warranty.

The estimate was detailed and easy to understand. The coordinators, site supervisors and team leaders were all top notch.

Removal and installation was professionally handled. Nightly cleanup done very nicely.

They were originally a good company; however, they were very disorganized and didn't communicate well. The salesman we were in touch with would say he would call us back, and go on vacation without informing anyone, delaying our sales experience. I had to hound them to keep the sales process going. This should have been my sign not to continue with this company. I'm very disappointed.

The will to fight for the insurance to pay was very attractive, and ultimately the work seems fine, but I was told my roof couldn't be patched to appease the insurance company, when ultimately it DID happen before redoing the whole roof, but not until my insurance refused to renew and I was forced to go to another company, and pay more for new coverage. Could have continued the fight after patching so I didn't lose my coverage. There was
