hit and miss experience. but so much miss i can't recommend them. once we'd signed that they'd collect our insurance money, we had no recourse and no way to back out. the process on their end went much longer than they stated. time dragged on with no feedback from them. we had to chase them down on every detail. they took samples of our tile and left our roof uncovered in those areas.

Very Happy with the people, work and how quickly they finished my roof.

Yet another contractor with a strong up-front presence on the sell side, a well-staffed office, and complete chaos on the implementation side. In short, they are using sub-contractors who are doing piece work, guys getting paid by the job, moving as quickly as they can from job to job with very little oversight from management.

We could not be more pleased with Storm Group Roofing. They installed new soffits/fascia/gutters/downspouts for us this past summer - something we've been needing to do for a LONG time. After receiving several other quotes and going through the process of calling everyone back with additional questions, options, etc., Storm Group Roofing was the most responsive, friendly, and fair-priced. The job was done when they said it would be, the workers were polite, timely, and experienced. Everything looked great when the job was finished - they did a nice job of cleaning up the work area. We're looking at getting siding down in the next few years, and Storm Group Roofing will be getting the call.

I'm not sure if the pricing was a mistake or if it's something they do all the time.

Our biggest issue was a flat roof that retained water for many years. Storm Group said that they could fix that, they tore the old roof off and put a new roof on. Immediately after they put it on it rained and it still retained water. I called them and they immediately said they would come out. He came the next day and said they would be out to fix it. It wasn't their fault it was retaining water. They tore half of the roof back and made the necessary changes and they rebuilt it a second time and it totally drained off completely. They even called after that and made sure it was corrected. They are not trying to get out of a job and they made sure it was corrected. They pulled through and I highly recommend Storm Group Roofing. I enjoyed working with these guys and they also put a whole new roof on. I am happy to live in a warm dry house.

Clean & Safe - Generally true with a few nails in drive. Of most concern was the failure to clean the gutters while claiming to the supervisor that they had done so.

Areas For Improvement - The roofing crew told the owner that they had cleaned roofing material trash and nails out the gutters. When I climbed on a ladder to check the garage I found this was not true and advised the owner to be certain that both the garage and the main home would be cleaned. While the crew came back to clean out the garage gutters (which were readily available), subsequent rains revealed remaining debris in the main home's gutters.
