This was a very stressful project. We had multiple issues on workmanship that took 5 visits to resolve. Slipping roof tiles, missing flashing, poorly laid tiles, failed to trim the edges of the overhang on the rake edges and took more than 3 1/2 weeks to get the roof work completed. They had promised to extend a discount for our many challenges and when we asked about the discount it took several weeks to get communication from Ted Thomas to offer anyything at all. When he finally did respond, he said the only way they would honor it was if we agreed to sign an release agreement that indicated it would void our warranty, no longer hold Roof Worx responsible for the workmanship and we would need to agree to keep our opinion on the company quiet. In principal, I could not agree to do that as I am a very respected real estate agent and my clients rely on me to give them honest feedback and referrals and I could not agree to have them buy my silence for a $500 discount,
