John Caruso did an excellent job. He is the project manager that handled my claim. He made me very comfortable during the process. I was in another state, and he kept me well informed and sent me pictures. I was involved in each step of the project. I believe he is an outstanding representation of the company.

The contractors Sebastian and Peter were EXCEPTIONALLY PROFESSIONAL and VERY INTELLIGENT!!!’ Mac was a superb painter. Recon went back and applied a different kind of paint surface to address the issues and selected the CORRECT color paint type from Benhamin Moore which is what I’d asked for from the previous contractor but Re-con listened!! They did what my insurance policy stated. Replaced the paint with the SAME type of paint! Re-con corrected MULTIPLE ERRORS created by the previous contractor Assurance. Re-con knew the correct way to apply my kitchen backsplash which gave the breakfast nook a CLASSY and PHENOMENAL look.Re-con knew exactly how to install my window treatments snd when there were issues with not having enough balances they ordered the correct number required. Terry Sanford the Manager has an unmistakable professional CARING HEART! He took the time to drive all the way to My house from a very very very long distance to take measurements for window treatments himself and to go over the selection of colors for each room needing this treatment. Terry also sent an electrician to my house to correct some serious problems created by Assursnce -the previous contractors that messed up my electrical wiring in my home.Re-con is the kind of company that goes ABOVE and BEYOND to make certain that EVERYTHING REqUIRED to make your job correct is actually done with QUALITY materials snd QUALITY CONSTRUCTION!Terry was very patient and add sure that the crew worked around my schedule due to me having a dig and having to go to the Nursing hime and hospital to address my husbands needs because we had a fire at our house which created issues fir my husband! Terry’s crew always cared about my dog! They were just outstanding!’nIf you want your job done correctly after you have had a fire at your house, then you need to Deal ONLY with Re-Con Construction because these people care about doing the job correctly INITIALLY!!’I had doors that Assursnce Contractors destroyed! Totally destroyed and failed to sand properly or paint properly! It was a disaster! Re-con came in snd after new doors were purchased and sanded and painted all of them with so much professional ism until you would have thought they were a door store!Peter carefully took them to their warehouse and did the work with Sebastian and then carefully took smooth streets to transport them to my house!These people WALK the WALK of being thee best construction company in Illinois!Thank you Terry Sanford!
