Thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience from quote to project completion

Poor workmanship, covering up with caulk what they had broke, poor communication, if the workers see a difference in drip edge they should stop and get the right drip edge or bring a brake and make it if can't get it, now I have a leak that I hadn't before, prior roof was 25 year old with a problem

They provided a fair quote for the job, assisted us with our insurance claim and were always prompt in responding when I contacted them with any questions or issues.

Chris was extremely helpful throughout the entire sale. He suggested I file a claim with my insurance company due to hail damage. I never thought of that. He met the insurance adjustors in person when she came to look at my roof. He went over and above to help me through procedures. Therefore he got my business! Very grateful for him!B

The people I was in contact with were nice people but when it comes to the craftsmanship and quality of the project itself, there is room for improvement.

Damage to bushes around the house, level of cleanliness lacking, had to call back to run magnets because of the amount of nails found after the job was done, damage to flood light, and the gutters were a disaster.

Had TruDefinition Duration AR Flex shingles installed. Very hard working crew.

Chris was very thorough explaining the product and the process. Crew came in early, and made sure we were ready for them and had our vehicle accessible before the trailer blocked the garage door. Workers were respectful of our property and did a thorough job of cleaning the surroundings after the work was completed. We had left for most of the day so we didn’t make contact with Brendan, but he called and texted with updates.

Ready Roof came out after the original installer put us on the back burner! We called Ready Roof and they came out and repaired our roof within a few days! They were very knowledgeable about to fix the hole in our roof! Very nice job and they did an awesome job!
